Order Processing
We make every effort to ship your order quickly. Please allow 8-10 days for your order to be monogrammed. If you need it sooner, please contact us to see if we can accomodate your request. Rush charges may apply.
All orders ship from Raleigh, North Carolina.
Shipping
Shipping rates are as follows:
Under $30.00 = $10.00
$30.01 - $60.00 = $12.00
$60.01 - $100.00 = $15.00
$100.01 - $150.00 = $17.00
$150.01 and above = $20.00
These rates apply to orders sent to the continental United States only. Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, APO & FPO addresses or U.S. Territories may be subject to additional fees.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
You may track the status of your order by clicking here, after which you asked to enter your order number and e-mail address. Through this system you will be able to retrieve your entire order history with our online store.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, let us know and we'll fix it. Refunds are possible on goods that are returned within two weeks in re-sellable condition (unused, unopened/original packaging).
All personalized and monogrammed products are final sale unless a mistake is made with the monogramming or personalization. If we make a mistake, a replacement of the product you ordered will be sent out to you as soon as possible.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please contact us at info@monogramsinc.net for a return authorization number and instructions on mailing back your item.
Sales Tax
A sales tax of 7.75% will be applied to all orders shipped within the state of North Carolina.
